About Shaun
Technical strategist moving toward product management.
I'm a technical strategist, writer, and operator moving toward product management. The through-line in my work has always been translating ambiguity: listening to what people are trying to do, understanding the systems around them, and turning that mess into practical next steps.
My background crosses marketing, development, automation, AI workflows, and client service. That mix taught me to care about more than the feature itself: who has to use it, what tradeoffs the team can afford, what existing process it has to survive, and where the business actually needs a decision instead of more motion.
I also write about identity, community, work, technology, and the parts of life that do not fit neatly into a resume. My involvement with the Human Rights Campaign through the Columbus steering committee, and my writing for Prism & Pen, a publication that helps amplify LGBTQ+ voices, are part of the same lens. They keep me close to real people, real stakes, and complex contexts where empathy is not a slogan. It is how better decisions get made.
